Job: Tile conservatory, and two bathrooms
"Artisan Ceramics have been fantastic from the off - very friendly and helpful through out it all.
From the initial quote (which was very competitive) it was obvious they were all about quality, suggesting ideas and identifying areas that might need special care which other Tilers didn't even concider. We felt straight away that Artisan would take their time and not cut corners and complete the work to a high standard - which they did.
Artisan were also very helpful with helping us pick tiles, recommending websites and outlets and answering any questions about our preferred tiles and finishes. They even picked up our tiles and used their trade discount:)
When it came to carrying out the jobs they arrived promptly at 8am as they said they would each day and worked very cleanly and efficiently. The 3 rooms were finished on time as planned and it was hassle free. They even went out of their way to do our tiling by working the weekend as we needed it done quickly with a baby on the way!
We fully recommend Artisan Ceramics, great quality, great prices, very friendly and helpful.

Job: Tile Bathroom
"Permit me to not only place on record our commendation, but urge you, and very strongly that too, to use this company for your tiling needs! Do not waste your time going anywhere else!
In the last 3 years of remodelling our home, we have never ever encountered trades people like Artisan Ceramics... and please understand we have had all sorts through our door!
Artisan visited to give a quote when I was not at home but my wife and child where in. My wife warmed to them and the quote given was in the middle of all the others we had received.
Day 1 they arrived at 08:00 (as they said they would) and I met them for the first time when they came in and they took the trouble to greet and speak with my wife, son and myself. Not the mere exchange of mechanical pleasantries but as a picture of warmth at once as professionalism. In such a service industry it is difficult to strike just that balance where you are neither syrupy nor surgically detached.
They placed what appeared to be brand new covers over everything and the stairway/hallways and cracked on! Work did not stop till 18:00 after they had vacuumed the house clean and tidied up everything.
Day 2 they started at 08:00 and did not stop till 19:00 (what a contrast to the fence company working at the same time for me who went home each day at 15:00!!!) Again the stairs were vacuumed upon departure.
The tiles are in a small and difficult to work in en-suite the workmanship was a high standard.(I am very fussy!!) and running out of tiles (due to Focus tiles breaking in the box’s ) was no problem for the team - calm and collected they worked out a strategy and we pulled through!
We will be doing our other bathroom and will be having them back – there is no hesitation in that.When we told Steve this he said "dont forget to get at least 3 other quotes" .This is the sort of nice people they are!
I think I shall stop here lest our admiration be deemed embarrassing.They are a credit to their organisation and it can be very safely surmised that they will, indeed should, go far with their business .

"Absolutely fantastic job. Artisian Ceramics were hugely accommodating and went out of their way to help me in every way they could. I've just moved house and wanted the work done urgently due to an old leak, so they came in at the weekend, just two days after the quote. The tiling of the en-suite was faultless; they got the tiles I wanted and fitted them perfectly (and I'm a bit of a perfectionist). They took the extra off the door to make sure it fitted properly, as well as fixing the leak and smartening up the existing fittings, all for the quoted price. They left the place spotless and even hoovered the stairs! I can't praise them highly enough and will definitely use them when I come to replace my bathroom."

They were right on time everyday, and made sure they left me with a working bathroom at the end of each day. The tiling has come up brilliantly and has made my bathroom! Would definitely use them again.

"Artisan Ceramics have done a fantastic job re-tiling our bathroom! The job required some of the exisiting tiles to be removed and re-tiled to update our rather dated bathroom. They arrived promptly and on time and were finished within 2 days. I couldn't get anytime off work so ended up giving them a key so they could do the tiling whilst I was at work - I have used tradespeople in the past with a questionable sense of tidyness, however Anna and Steve left my house in a cleaner state than when I left it (and even brought my washing in when it started to rain!) The tiles we brought from B&Q had loads of broken ones in the box, and we were concerned that we would not have enough to cover the area required - some quick, creative thinking on their part and we now have a lovely feature shelf with mosaic which I love! The finished resultis just brilliant and the attention to detail second to none, I would have no hesitation in recommending Artisan who were the most competitively priced of our quotes also. Thank you so much Anna and Steve for such a great job "
